please apple, free us from dopamine hell with cross-app siri automations

Screen Time was a good idea, but it just doesn't work when half of these apps are pure dopamine hell and the other half is utility and communication with friends.
Screen Time is counter-productive. I keep finding myself overriding it just to message a friend... and boom! Stuck doomscrolling cats on Instagram.
We deserve to get our time back, and there is such a simple solution to enable a smooth transition until these platforms die out.
So, dear Apple people: can you please make your fancy on-device Siri AI automation stuff work beyond your own apps? You already built the plumbing with App Intents. The problem is that the apps that eat our time have zero incentive to adopt it.
The only thing left would be to let us create micro apps that can:
1. Retrieve and list data (like messages in groups) from apps
2. Push data back to those apps by linking data to actions
That's it.
And hear me out, this is not the first time I've been thinking about this. I worked on an app 10 years ago called
aSocial with a similar goal. Heck, I even applied to YC Startup School that year but never heard back. (It's all good, my application video was shit.)
I know, this might not be very friendly towards all the big corps and their apps on your platform, and it will most likely have a pretty severe impact on your revenue. But I am sure people would appreciate it, and the goodwill you'd get would probably outweigh any losses.
If I were the CEO of Apple, I would be pretty proud if I could fight for my users' time. It's the most beautiful thing we get as humans.
